Scope: Complete remodel of a 1950’s era building with a new exterior skin, extension and upgrade of building systems. The new building was converted as a mixed-use complex (show rooms, offices, factories and warehouse, retail, parking garage)

Feature: New lobby carved out of two stories featuring existing columns and capitols.
