Artin (Art) Knadjian

Extensive experience in many building types and construction in various geographic locales

A graduate of McGill University, an institution often ranked as Canada’s best, Art has been a registered architect since 1982. Art has spent an equal time designing buildings in the cold environment of Montreal as he has in the desert environment of Phoenix. Guided by a philosophical approach that embraces clean and simple solutions, Art incorporates green building strategies that ensure a structure is in harmony with its environment.

Art has extensive experience with a diverse portfolio of projects in both the public and private sectors. His integrity and collaborative style have helped Art to shepherd commissions ranging from small tenant improvements and renovations to large mixed-use projects encompassing every aspect of the profession between preliminary designs to construction administration services.

Nick Kanaras

Versed in many architectural elements, from the rustic complexities of the Tuscan Style to the clean lines of Modern Design.

Classically trained at the University of Notre Dame, a rock-solid foundation in historical architecture, Nick relishes in the exploration of three dimensional expression. He credits his successes to the wealth of amazing clients that he has had the pleasure of serving throughout the years and thankful for the opportunity to creatively explore future challenges.

Nick has a deep appreciation of the natural environment, frequently traveling the desert for context amongst the natural and man-made, exploring archaeological sites and ruins for cues, and analyzing natural assemblies for the interplay of light and shadow. He embraces the challenge of designing beautiful buildings, imparting the clients’ vision and desires, into functional and artistic structures.
