Scope: New Class A office building with basement parking and a two-level parking structure. Houses the headquarters of SGA.
Feature: Situated at the north end of the Kierland Golf Course, the building’s curved exterior walls provide panoramic views of the City to the south and of the McDowell Mountains to the north. The building is clad with sandstone.
